For all those of you who’ve spent any time at a Las Vegas lately, you’ll have noticed the surge in marketing for sports betting apps. While mobile gambling has long been a stature at the international sportsbooks (see our top 5 list , it has become a new and booming trend in the Sin City. This is a move that is far welcomed by the sports community as a whole and it opens up a ton of benefits for the conventional sports bettor.
Let’s touch on the great number of benefits that this brings about for the bettor.
Benefits to Sports Betting Apps
1. No waiting in line in sports counter: There might be nothing more frustrating then trying to run up to the counter to place a wager before a game starts only to come across the line ten people deep! This all but assures that you will not receive your bet in on time. This is commonplace during football season and while other large sporting events are happening, like March Madness. Together with the sports betting apps, one is actually a couple clicks away from having their bet placed.
2. No longer missing tickets: One only has to do a quick Google search on”lost sportsbook tickets” to observe the assortment of topics that sports bettors have experienced with lost tickets. Whether the room maid threw your ticket out or you lost it after an evening of heavy drinking, this is an all-too-common event. In the internet world, the cash from your winning ticket is automatically deposited to your accounts, thus eliminating all of missing tickets.
3. Bet from anyplace (from Nevada): While checking out the most recent lines, you discovered that the odds dropped on your Washington Nationals from -170 to -130. This wager today makes sense to you. The problem is that your wife (husband, girlfriend, boyfriend, or whomever) convinced one to go tour the Hoover Dam this day and you are miles away from the nearest sportsbook. Well, now using the sport program revolution, you are able to place this bet during the tour. All the applications utilize geolocation on your telephone and this determines if you’re in the state of Nevada. If you are not, then the applications won’t operate on your phone to their fullest capability (i.e. you won’t have the ability to make bets).
4. Get best chances from variety of books: Even though we buried this point at #4, it is by far the most important of all the items we cite here. Each sportsbook carries slightly different chances. To see the various lines that you may find on baseball, as an example, see MLB odds at different Las Vegas sportsbooks. We recommend that one puts cash in at least three accounts to take advantage of the best pricing the various novels provide. This way, no matter where you are at in Nevada, an individual can shop around to find the best odds available.
5. Live gaming: Lastly, we totally love the ability to live bet matches! In most sports, activity moves way too quickly for live betting to ever be realistic in the standard sense of sport betting (go back up and read our primary reason for loving the sports gambling app revolution). But with the ability to wager at your fingertips, live betting becomes possible.
Before we proceed, there are just two quick notes. One, we’ve reviewed the CG Technology program and it doesn’t even come close to creating the record. It’s marred with crashes and a very bad design. Two, there have been rumors that Caesar’s will have an app ready by soccer season in 2017. If and when this occurs, then we will update this review.
We proceed to our list of top sports gambling programs.
Best Nevada Sports Betting Apps
This list now only includes the sports gambling apps that we have reviewed.
#10 — B Connected Sports
The B Connected Sports app isn’t a bad app whatsoever and is backed by Boyd Gaming, which has a lot of casinos which are off the strip. Now, there simply is not anything to set this program aside from the very best programs on this list.

#9 — Treasure Island Mobile Sports
The program (built by Miomni) is solid. The drawback is that Treasure Island doesn’t have a massive supply of sport at their book. To find this app, one has to possess a Treasure Island Player’s Club card (this is pretty standard). Still another drawback is that betting through the app does not get you any specials rewards or points with the Player’s Club. To put it differently, there is really no fantastic reason to using this app over some of the better ones farther down this list. On a positive side note, there’s no better location than Treasure Island to play Blackjack on the strip!

#8 — CG Technology
One can make the argument that this is a great program to get so you have a variety in chances, but this is the sole reason we would currently recommend it. We found this app to be frustrating buggy and not particularly user friendly. However, as our last review on this program there have been a lot of bug fixes which have made this app far more secure than before. If CG Technology can keep this trajectory in tact then they could move up this record come football season.

#7 — PlayMGM
PlaymgmFor now, the PlayMGM program has many more negatives then positives. We will begin with the drawbacks. To begin with, we absolutely can’t stand the first home screen of the program. In each other sports gaming program that we employed, one only must type in their password or pin to log into the apparatus.
PlayMGM home screen PlayMGM Home Screen
With the PlayMGM program, you must type your snare and then your date of arrival every single moment. Second, once within the program, the home webpage interface is messy and elaborate (see picture to the right). We can not truly be sure what the app makers were thinking here. It seems like their effort was to create the largest games simple to discover, but what you’re left with is a hodgepodge of games all over the screen. This makes finding a game harder then if a easy interface has been used. Third, and this isn’t actually the fault of the app, the odds at MGM would be the worst which you will find in Vegas. If anyone can find a sportsbook that takes a greater vig, then please send us a message and tell us. Last, the bets that are created don’t connect in anyway to the MLife program.
On the positive side, the PlayMGM program does work very nicely. We’ve yet to encounter any crashes, major hiccups, or any other type of drawback concerning using the app. PlayMGM also among a few sports gambling apps that includes live betting! With live gambling, MGM pretty much knocks it out of the park with choices on a great deal of games and a seamless process to get those bets in fast.
While this app certainly needs some work, we believe that it is a fairly decent start for PlayMGM.

#6 — Wynn
Wynn SportsThe app was constructed and is powered by Miomni Gaming that’s a company that has assembled a few of the sportsbook programs for Nevada casinos. Their programs are usually very well done and the job they did together with the Wynn did not disappoint.
Wynn Sports App
As is a common theme that you will see in this blog, there is not too much disparity between the apps which were made by Miomni Gaming. Their structure and look is very consistent across the board and you will find limited differences. With that said, the things that place the programs apart are usually in how the sportsbooks function themselves. The Wynn does not need much encouraging as they are renowned as a superb property!
The signup at the property was pretty standard. One needs to complete a lot of forms and a W-9 and wait about ten minutes while a customer support agents inputs all the info to a computer. The deposit is immediately deposited along with the bettor is prepared to go.
The program interface is consistent and solid. Like MGM however, the Wynn is a little bit slow to receive their lines out for competitions. Contrary to MGM, however, the Wynn has aggressive lines with a very low vig and a selection of sports that matches the best sportsbooks in Las Vegas.

#5 — NV Sports
NV Sports logoNV Sports is your program That’s backed by the mythical South Point Casino and the Rampart Casino in Summerlin.
NV Sports Home Screen
NV Sports Home Screen
The very first thing we really like about the app is that it does not look like all the others. The interface is simple and efficient that every category of games coming with an accompanying logo. A very cool feature (the amazingly nobody else has done yet) is the”Enabled” feature which shows on the display allowing the user to understand if the games can be wager.
Even though the South Point Sports Book is open 24 hours each day, the sport program has more restricted hours in the range of 9am to 11pm (although this varies by day and can be subject to change). A fantastic benefit to incorporating the NV Sports app to your arsenal is that they are from the upper-tier of sportsbooks in terms of line offerings. In other words, they have better chances than many sportsbooks and is thus a place you can get the maximum value.

#4 — Caesar’s Sports
Caesar’s SportsThough Caesar’s was very late in the game in receiving their program to market, they introduced the product in December of 2017. The app was done by Miomni Gaming and as mentioned previously, there really isn’t much to distinguish this program from others which were produced by them. The 1 advantage that does set Caesar’s besides the Wynn is you do get Reward Credits and Tier Credits as you would if you put a bet in one of those Caesar’s property sportsbooks. The credits now take approximately 48 hours to show up in your Total Rewards accounts, but Caesar’s is working on an update to make this occur in real-time. This app is still a work-in-progress, and also for now, we will slot Caesar’s here in the 4th place.

#3 — Westgate
Westgate Superbook Program Westgate Baseball Menu
Westgate Baseball Menu
Frankly, narrowing down the top three was not an easy job as each of the next 3 programs can all make a case to become #1. The Superbook in the Westgate currently sits on top of this listing for our Top Las Vegas Sportsbooks and their program provides all the very same odds that their brick-and-mortar small business uses.
One of the biggest benefit of working with the Westgate Superbook program is their breadth of alternatives for betting. Only considering baseball, an individual can see in the picture on the right the alternatives for alternative run lines, home runs, the Cy Young award, etc.. As we write this review, we couldn’t locate any other sportsbook apps that had these options to wager and this is just baseball! The Superbook also covers a vast array of”Autos”, Australian Rules Football, and college baseball playoffs to list a couple. Further, the Superbook typically has the cheapest vig of all the sportsbooks, therefore there’s nowhere you can go to get more value for the money. If all this were not sufficient, the Superbook now has the best rewards program going with every $3.30 bet making a stage in the Westgate Player’s Club. With each 100 points equaling a $1 at free stuff, some big bets can make you a generous amount of freebies!
There are two drawbacks to using the Superbook app. One is they appear to be somewhat constrained in the number of events that one may live bet. Two, which is a little one, is that we did not receive any incentive for enrolling.
All said and done, we certainly think that this app needs to be added to your arsenal of sport gambling apps!

#2 — STN Sports
STN Sports AppSTN Sports is part of the Stations Casino brand that owns and runs are all variety of casinos that are located off the primary strip in Las Vegas. As a side note, if you have not been to a few of these casinos then we highly suggest checking them out. Across the board, all these are most well-run casinos in Las Vegas and their machines have the most aggressive odds in town. This app is also made by Miomni Gambling and, as we mentioned previously, they do a very good job with their programs.
There are an assortment of things that we love about this app. To begin with, once your initial wager is made, you’re automatically given thirty bucks in free play to utilize within an Stations Casino. Second, this is one of only two sportsbook programs that now ties in the rewards program (that could be found at SCLV). For every dollar wager online sport, the bettor gets one point and one credit in their player’s club card. At the moment, 100 points equal a buck, and all of this can be used for free drama, dining or other conveniences in the casinos. This advantage was the deciding factor in setting STN Sports ahead of this Superbook program.
The 1 drawback for STN Sports is their lack of live betting on most events, but this is really the only downside to the STN Sports program. In general, it should be obvious that we provide this one quite substantial marks as it comes in at #2 on our list.

#1 — William Hill
William Hill Sports AppLast however, we come to our present favorite sports gaming program in William Hill. A sportsbook based out of the United Kingdom, William Hill started placing their footprints at the U.S. over the last five decades or so. They are a very reputable book and their brick-and-mortar business is well respected.
William Hill Betting Screen
William Hill Betting Screen
The only real negative to William Hill is the fact that it is a third party sportsbook that doesn’t connect to any casino rewards program. This is not a terribly huge drawback since STN Sports is currently the only program that rewards the bettor through their player’s club.
We place the William Hill Program at #1 for a few important factors. To begin, they will pay a free 10% promotion on any first deposit up to $500. This comes with a 1x rollover, so if $500 is deposited then one may see their $50 bonus as soon as they make their initial $500 in bets. Second, the gambling interface is well designed and user friendly. An individual can see in the example to the right exactly what the gambling screen appears like for Major League Baseball. Third, William Hill puts a close second to the Superbook at the amount of sports betting choices that they have available. Lastly, and it’s the thing that actually sets William Hill apart, is their wide range of event choice for live gambling. This is, undoubtedly, the most impressive live betting system which we reviewed within their thickness, usability and options.
So, for the time being, William Hill is our top sports book app! We will review these apps every six months or so and supply updates and changes if there are not any!
